Guided pneumatic lifting for off-center loads

The ERGOMATIC Z Lift uses a rigid load arm between the workpiece and crane. Its guided lift combines a pneumatic lifting cylinder, guide shaft, and linear bearing to support handling of off-center loads.

A wrist swivel and end-effector mounting plate allow tool orientation and load positioning. Custom tooling can be designed for the application, and the manipulator can be mounted to an ERGOMATIC articulated jib crane or bridge crane.
